Privacy Policy for NGK Marketing Automation Meta App

NGK Marketing Automation is an internal automation app used by NGK — Nizhynsky Zhyrcombinat LLC (ТОВ «Ніжинський жиркомбінат»). It is not offered as a public app or a public user interface, and external users do not use the app directly. The app only processes information that people submit voluntarily through Meta Lead Ads forms connected to NGK. Its purpose is to receive those lead submissions and pass them into NGK's internal lead-handling process.

Information we process

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email address, if provided
  • Lead form answers — for example crop, region, volume, and comments
  • Meta lead, form, and campaign identifiers and timestamps

How we use this information

  • To contact people who submitted a lead form
  • To process procurement inquiries
  • To route leads to authorised NGK staff
  • To prevent duplicate records and to monitor marketing performance in aggregate

Storage and processors

Lead data may be processed through Meta APIs, Cloudflare Worker infrastructure, and Google Sheets or internal CRM/workflow tools. The data is used only for NGK business operations related to lead handling and agricultural procurement inquiries.

Data sharing

NGK does not sell lead data. Access is limited to authorised NGK staff and to the service providers needed to operate the lead-processing workflow.

Data retention

We retain lead data only as long as it is needed for lead processing, business follow-up, reporting, and legal or accounting obligations.

Data deletion requests

People may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their lead data. To make a request, email ngkoil@ngkoil.com. Please send the request from the email address you used, or include the name and phone number you submitted in the Meta Lead Ads form, so that we can locate your record. We will delete the data unless we are required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
