Private Briefing Reader

Private, single-user, read-only email and calendar integration

Private Briefing Reader is operated solely for one authorised owner's account. It is not offered to the public and does not accept additional users.

What it does

The integration reads selected Gmail messages and Google Calendar events when an authorised briefing runs. It returns only the information needed to prepare a personal combined email and calendar summary in the owner's ChatGPT workspace.

Read-only by design

  • It cannot send, delete, archive, label, or modify email.
  • It cannot create, update, delete, or respond to calendar events.
  • It has no public data endpoint.

Access and privacy

Access is limited to the owner's authorised account and private workspace. The integration requests only the Google API permissions needed to read Gmail and Calendar data. See the Privacy Policy for full details about data access, use, storage, sharing, retention, and revocation.
